Is the Rose Quartz Studs made with real natural stone?

Yes. Every Victoria Ensō piece is made around genuine natural stone, chosen one at a time for colour and clarity, and finished by hand in Singapore. Because the stones are natural, no two pieces are exactly alike.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery within Singapore is complimentary by tracked courier and takes one to three working days. International orders ship by tracked courier at cost and usually arrive in five to ten working days. Pieces can also be collected from the shop at Jewel Changi Airport.

Can I return or exchange it?

Accepted Answer

Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is paid by the customer; returns can also be brought to the shop at Jewel Changi Airport. Customised or resized pieces cannot be returned.

How do I choose the right size?

Bracelets are sized by wrist circumference: measure snugly around the wrist bone and choose the nearest size in the size guide. Rings use standard sizing. If you are between sizes or unsure, message the shop on WhatsApp with your measurement and we will advise or make the piece to size.

Keep the piece away from perfume, water and heat, store it in its pouch, and wipe it with a soft cloth. Silver that dulls can be polished at the shop, and a bracelet that needs re-stringing can be brought in at any time.

All pieces are designed and made by hand in Singapore by Victoria Ensō, founded by Irina Turrell in 2016. Stones are sourced from where they are found — including Myanmar, Brazil, Afghanistan, Nevada and South Africa — and set in sterling silver, often rhodium-plated.
