Delivery within Singapore is complimentary by tracked courier and usually takes one to three working days from dispatch. Every piece is checked and finished by hand, so please allow one to two working days before it leaves us. You can also collect from the shop at Jewel Changi Airport, B1-241.

Yes, worldwide by tracked courier. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay and delivery usually takes five to ten working days. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are paid by the recipient.

You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within the expected window, write to irina.turrell@victoriaenso.com or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8712 1452 with your order number.

Every piece comes in its own pouch and box. If it is a gift, leave a note at checkout and we will add a handwritten card and leave the price out of the parcel.

Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer; you can also bring the piece to the shop at Jewel Changi Airport. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the piece has been checked.

Pieces made to your size, or with a charm or stone chosen by you, are made for you alone and cannot be returned. If something is not right with the work itself, contact us and we will put it right.

Bring it to the shop at Jewel Changi Airport or post it to us. Re-stringing, re-sizing and silver polishing are done in our own workshop; most repairs are ready within a few days.

Yes. Every piece is made around genuine natural stone, chosen one at a time for colour and clarity. We state the origin where we know it — jade from Myanmar, kunzite from Brazil, lapis lazuli from Afghanistan, turquoise from Nevada and Iran, tourmaline from South Africa. Because the stones are natural, no two pieces are exactly alike.

925 sterling silver, rhodium-plated so it keeps its white shine without tarnishing. Charms, spacers, clasps and ring bands are all silver; a few necklaces use Italian beads in gold over silver, and these are noted on the product.

Measure snugly around your wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper. XXS is up to 14 cm, XS 14–15 cm, S 15–16 cm, M 16–17 cm, L 17–18 cm. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one for a bracelet worn close to the wrist, or the larger one to wear it loose. We can also make any bracelet to your exact measurement.

Rings are listed in US sizes 6, 7 and 8 and can be made to any size on request. If you are unsure, message us a photograph of a ring you already wear against a ruler, or visit the shop to be measured.

Put jewellery on last, after perfume and cream, and take it off before swimming, showering or sleeping. Store it in its pouch. Wipe stones with a soft dry cloth; never use ultrasonic cleaners or chemicals. Silver that dulls can be polished at the shop at any time.

Every stone we use carries a meaning that has been attached to it for centuries — amethyst for a clear mind, rose quartz for the heart, citrine for good fortune, black tourmaline for grounding. We pass these on as the tradition they are; we do not make medical claims.

All of it is designed and made by hand in Singapore. Victoria Ensō was founded by Irina Turrell in 2016 and is still a small house: one shop, one workshop, every stone chosen in person.

Yes. Bring a stone you own, or describe the colour and the occasion, and we will design and make a piece around it. Bespoke work starts with a conversation in the shop or on WhatsApp and usually takes two to three weeks.
