Refund policy

Returns

If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.

It must be unworn and in its original box. Pieces made or sized to order, and any piece that has been customised, can't be returned — we'll make that clear before you buy.

In person. Bring the piece and your order number to the shop at Jewel Changi Airport, #B1-241, any day between 10am and 10pm. Exchanges can be done on the spot.

By post. Send it, tracked, to Victoria Ensō, Jewel Changi Airport #B1-241, 78 Airport Boulevard, Singapore 819666. Return postage is paid by you; please keep the receipt, as we can't take responsibility for a parcel that doesn't reach us.

Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, within five working days of the piece reaching us and being checked. Delivery charges on international orders aren't refunded.
