Delivery

Singapore. Delivery is complimentary. Pieces are sent by tracked courier and arrive within one to three working days of dispatch. You'll receive the tracking number by email when the piece leaves us.

International. We deliver worldwide by tracked courier. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery takes five to ten working days. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and paid by you on arrival.

Collect from the shop. Choose collection at checkout and pick the piece up from Jewel Changi Airport, #B1-241, any day between 10am and 10pm. We'll email you when it's ready, usually the same day.

Timing. Pieces in stock are dispatched within one working day. Anything made or sized to order takes longer, and we'll tell you how long before you commit.

Packaging. Every piece leaves in its own box, with a card about the stone. If it's a gift, say so at checkout and we'll leave the price off.
